Flexiv Showcases Innovative Grippers and Robot Applications at ATX West 2024
SAN JOSE, CA, February 1st, 2024 - Flexiv, a global leader in general-purpose robotics solutions, is excited to announce its participation in the upcoming ATX West 2024 exhibition.
Taking place from the 6th to the 8th of February, ATX West is one of the nation’s largest annual automation events, attracting over 1,600 attendees.
Out of all the attendees, however, only Flexiv will be presenting adaptive robotic technology, and demonstrating how it can be used to automate difficult tasks like sanding and polishing using standard off-the-shelf power tools.
Visitors to booth #4715 will also be able to get a solid grasp on the future of material handling, thanks to Flexiv’s revolutionary force-controlled robot gripper demos.

Flexiv’s first expo of the year will feature five interactive robot demonstrations, highlighting the precision, efficiency, and versatility of Flexiv’s adaptive robots in various material removal and assembly processes.
Taking center stage will be the Grav and Grav Enhanced grippers, which feature integrated force control to provide a truly general-purpose handling capacity.
Setting itself truly apart from other grippers, the Grav Enhanced features two-finger adaptive force grasping and super friction grasping technology. This innovation, inspired by the foot pad of a gecko, enables the Grav Enhanced to securely lift almost any object weighing up to five kilos.
